Skills and Interests

1. Life skills learned:
• Problem solving keeping the (interest of all) in mind
• Building peace and promoting it to the people around me
• Listening to others' problems with empathy (putting myself in their shoes)
2. Essential Venture Skills:
• Change Management: A structured approach to ttitioning individuals, teams, and organizations from a current state to a desired future state.
  
• Treasury and Cash Management: involves the strategic planning, control, and optimization of a company's cash flows, investments, and financial risks.
  
• Leadership: I've successfully achieved those levels of leadership I've never imagined I would.
• Interim Management: filling gaps during recruitment processes or when permanent replacements are unavailable or when managing major transformations such as mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring.
• Influencer: I inspire others through my achievements, which I've attained despite the political instability and conflicts in my home country and neighboring regions.
• Strategic Manager: managing strategically mean strategic (thinking, planning, implementation, and evaluation) overarching framework for achieving organizational success in a sustainable manner.
• Strategic Thinker: no matter what the topic/activity is, I always think from all perspectives, thinking of all possibilities (my mind is able to see the big-picture right away).
• Strategic Planner: everything I do, not matter how small or big is, I always have break them down to small measurable (and possibly achievable) goals. Most of the times in one action I gain multiple benefits and interests, which mean sometimes I intentionally delay achieving a goal to combine with some other goal that may require the same effort and activity (reducing the costs and increasing the profits).
• So Organized: Some people tell me that I am that organized to the level they think that the "organizing feature" is a god I pray for (metaphorically), what I think is that by organizing, you can see the bigger-picture, hence when needed to change something, it will be easier than if it were not organized.

• Bio-Tech researcher: I am self-educating and conducting research with the goal of integrating nature and technology. This synergy aims to sustain life on Earth and facilitate harmonious expansion to other planets.
• Engineer: I regard myself as an engineer in green-tech energy production and robotics, having completed numerous projects in these fields, despite not having formal education in engineering.
• AI Trainer: I was training the machines in google (Malaysia) to build custom chat agents and chat bots, later on I have trained some other machines to learn how to ethically take dictions that involves human and other live organisms, it also worth to mention that at the beginning of ChatGPT I have contributed sending lots of feedbacks to improve ChatGPT models.
5. Other none-Technichal Skills:
• Health: I have mastered how to heal my own body from a pre-cancer of blood (AKA: leukemia) and then I managed to be able to help many people through advice and lifestyle planning, some people call me "nutritionist" but I am a simple person who happened to know a lot about the human body, physics, chemics and the life-cycles of the life beings especially that we are all considered nature conservative by garbage collecting and recycling each other's and our-own self.

• Teaching and training in general, especially the following
• Sports: Muaythai and Wushu-Kungfu are the two martial arts I've mastered for myself first, but later on, some people asked me to teach and train them as well, it became my secondary job for up to 4 years, now days I only teach and training through One-One (101) private sessions, beside those two MAs I've mastered Kickboxing Kungfu-Toa and traditional Boxing, as well as none-MA sports like swimming and gymnastics.
• Teaching and training entrepreneurship through technical tools and the art of negotiation and dealing.
• Teaching and training coding for kids, primary and/or secondary school students.
• Training the trainers (ToT) to master the AZ-BES tools and systems (specifically for high level employees and entrepreneurs).
• Training the trainers (ToT) to master the fundraising, critical thinking, strategical thinking, strategical planning and other organizational skills.
