- Always meet the agreed deadlines. If delays occur, communicate with the customer promptly and professionally.
- Make sure your work meets the platform’s quality expectations. Sloppy or incomplete submissions may result in removal.
- Use respectful, clear and constructive communication in all interactions: with customers, fellow creators and admins.
- The platform retains a 5% commission fee from each transaction, creators receive 95% of their sales.
Please note:
- If you prefer to pay the platform a fixed amount instead of transaction percentage, we accept quarterly subscription, the subscription fees is based on the category of the work, kindly contact us to learn more.
- The platform commission fee may change at any time. Necessary notification to all members will be conducted.
