Here are the main differences between Resellers and Dealers
Resellers
- Resellers are individuals or businesses that purchase products and services from a supplier or manufacturer of Tunnelise's clients and sell them to customers and other businesses, at a profit.
Resellers are independent retailers focusing on distribution and sales rather than production. - Resellers are required to make purchases in bulk quantities rather than individual units.

+Dealers
- Dealers have the flexibility to purchase individual units on an irregular basis, as needed, without bulk order requirements.
- Dealers must have their own store established, a network of customers, access to the market, a proven sales record, and the ability to meet demand efficiently.
Discounts for Resellers

If the number of sold instances reached 20 in a quarter, you will be eligible to become a dealer.
Discounts for Dealers

If the number of sold instances reached 100 in a quarter, you will be eligible to become an agency in your area- after which you need to maintain a sale of 100 instances per any given quarter.

Layer 1 commission % is for any customers you will bring. Layer 2 commission % is for any customers that your customers bring.
Terms and Conditions
- Parties: This agreement is entered into by Tunnelise Sdn. Bhd., referred to as “The Company” and you as “The Reseller”. Your submission to the following form is considered an agreement between you and The Company
- Confidentiality: The Reseller agrees not to disclose proprietary or confidential information obtained during the course of working with The Company.
- Non-Compete: The Reseller shall not engage in activities that directly or indirectly compete with the company during the term of this agreement and for a period of five years following the termination of this agreement, regardless of the reason for termination, including but not limited to expiration, mutual agreement to end the contract, unilateral termination by either party, breach of contract, or any other circumstance that ends this agreement’s validity.
- The Reseller can re-structure A-Z Business EcoSystems LLC's services on their own websites, including the catered options.
- Termination: Immediate termination applies in cases of misconduct or breach of terms.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved under the laws of Malaysia.
