Roles And Responsibilities
- Create and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets and make sure alignment with company objectives
- Build and manage the sales team to deliver the best performance and achieve individual and team goals
- Track sales metrics, analyze market conditions, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales processes and adjust strategies
Terms and Conditions
- This role has a 3-month paid probationary period, such that: The candidate will be tested during the first week to close a deal of any amount and in return will receive a commission. Please refer to this table (password: SD1002025!) to find out more. After successful completion, the candidate will begin the 3-month probationary period and will receive a salary based on the following scenarios:
- During the first month, close deals that amount to minimum $20k and receive a salary of $8k.
- During the second month, close deals that amount to minimum $30k and receive a salary of $8k.
- During the third month, close deals that amount to minimum $40k and receive a salary of $8k.
- The individual/org must maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary and sensitive information related to the products and services, as well as the employment/partnership information (except what has been specifically permitted in the agreements and other documents).
- All services provided by the individual/org must be delivered according to the specifications and deadlines outlined in the contract.
- individual/org must submit their best proposals about how they (as a team) will achieve the highest objectives of A-Z
Note: if the minimum is not achieved, the salary will be calculated based on the percentage that is achieved of the minimum required sales amount (ie. if the achieved amount is $15k that is 75% of the minimum required. Thus, the salary will be 75% of $8k which is $6k).
Bonuses may be awarded based on the performance and achievements
Once the candidate has successfully completed the probationary period, they will be onboarded as Chief Sales Officer for the country/region they work in and a % of overall revenue that is obtained for that country/region will be provided(aka, salary will no longer remain the structure of compensation).
From this point onward, the CSO is required to build their own teams. The CSO will provide the team's compensation from the CSO's % of revenue.
