I agree to the following terms which will be effective from the date of purchasing/subscribing and that continued use means consent:

2. Payment Terms & Billing
   By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.
3. Cancellations
   You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, payments made for annual subscriptions are non-refundable, and your access will remain active until the end of the paid period.
4. Service Availability and Maintenance
   We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance may be scheduled with prior notice.
5. Termination & Suspension
   AZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate any client’s access, website, or subscription—with or without prior notice—if the client breaches these Terms, fails to pay fees when due, or uses any AZ-provided systems or services for unlawful or harmful activities; in non-urgent cases, AZ will make reasonable efforts to notify the client before taking action, but if no corrective steps are taken, the service may be eliminated without further warning.
   
   Upon termination, your account and all associated data may be scheduled for deletion after thirty (30) days. You may request to export or download your data within this period. A reasonable data-processing fee may apply based on the volume of data requested. After the retention period expires, we are not responsible for the recovery of any deleted data.
6. These Terms and Conditions may change based on the business's needs. Although we will be e-mailing all clients when we update this page, you are required to visit this page and review them periodically.
7. In case the visitors of a client's site have complained about that site, AZ admins will evaluate the situation and take the needed action, actions can be unpublishing a page of the site or the entire site, can also be a simple warning or some guidance for the clients to make their end customers (site visitors) happy.
