Page history and revision tracking give users complete visibility into how content has evolved over time. By clicking the history icon, a clear timeline table appears with three key columns:

User – Displays who created, edited, or published the page. Hovering over a user row also reveals quick-action buttons for Edit and Preview, making it easy to revisit or adjust content.

Action – Shows whether the page is currently published or saved as a draft, so you always know the exact status.

Date & Time – Records the precise moment each change was committed, creating a reliable timeline of updates.

Beyond simple tracking, this feature offers flexibility and control. Users can preview or restore earlier versions, ensuring that mistakes can be corrected quickly and important content is never lost. With every action logged and organized, it becomes easy to roll back unwanted edits, recover from errors, or confidently revisit past versions whenever needed.
