Take full control of page privacy with flexible rules, group access, and layered restrictions.
Watch our feature in action
This feature ensures that every page on the website can be protected with flexible privacy settings, giving users complete control over who gains access. Pages can be restricted in several ways: they may be available only to authenticated users, secured with a password, or limited to specific user groups. These options can be activated or deactivated as needed, allowing for tailored privacy on a page-by-page basis.
To make access management even more precise, restriction rules support both (AND) and (OR) logic. With the AND option, all selected conditions such as authentication, password, and group membership must be met before a page is accessible. With the OR option, meeting any single condition will be enough to grant access. Administrators can also assign groups such as DomainAdmins, Consolers, or Collection Managers, ensuring that only the right audience can view or manage specific content.
By combining multiple layers of control into a unified system, the platform provides a robust and adaptable approach to privacy, making it easy to safeguard sensitive pages without sacrificing usability.
